Born in 1990 the MICROMETAL s.r.l. has acquired experience in die-casting in ZINC, on behalf of third parties, of technical items. MICROMETAL owns a range of presses From 10 to 100 ton and it can produce very small items from 0,1 g. a 450 g. Micrometal philosophy thanks to its flexible and agile internal structure, aims to give a complete service to customers. MICROMETAL s.r.l. starts working with its customers, leaders in their fields, since the planning phase and its technical office can solve the possible problems of die-casting jets in advance.
Looking at MICROMETAL s.r.l. items, you can notice optimal shapes, availability of thicknesses, necessary conic shapes, the position of casting junctions, of ejections and of outburst ‘beans’. All that can assure the mechanical function of the completed piece either on the external parts. Once MICROMETAL s.r.l. has received the executive projects, even in default of prototypes, it can realize the mathematical model that gives the exact estimation of the weight of the piece and therefore an exact formulation of the offer (price).
The moulds, built with the cooperation of some external firms, are guaranteed by MICROMETAL s.r.l. for 400,000 presses and they fit to the production of items with very low tolerances. Micrometal goal is to provide the customer with a product ready to be assembled. This is possible thanks to a meticulous attention paid to all the production processes:
the execution, on die-casting jets, of all the required mechanical operations, the sand-blast (on some items the thermic trimming), before proceeding with the possible superficial finishing, for instance t4iee painting and all galvanic treatments tolerated by zinc alloy. The raw material used is primary zinc alloy and it is always accompanied with the supplier’s certificate that assures the proper chemical composition. The firmness of our efficiency is and will be measured by satisfaction of our present and future customers and, for this purpose but not only , in July 2002 Micrometal s.r.l. has obtained the certificate EN ISO 9001:2000.
