All moulds are guaranteed by MICROMETAL S.R.L. for 400,000 shots and are technically designed for die casting and micro die casting of precision technical components requiring the tightest tolerances. Every stage of the mould manufacturing process is monitored and recorded in real time; all documentation is securely archived in compliance with privacy regulations and made available to the customer.
In-House Design & Manufacturing
Every mould is designed and built entirely in-house, ensuring full control over quality, lead times and costs. Our engineering team works closely with customers from the initial concept through to the finished tool.
Precision Engineering
Moulds are machined with CNC equipment to achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.01 mm. Each tool undergoes rigorous dimensional inspection before entering production.

All moulds are guaranteed for a minimum of 400,000 shots, thanks to premium-grade steel and state-of-the-art heat treatment processes that maximise tool life.
Full Documentation
Complete traceability from raw material to finished mould. Every manufacturing step is recorded in real time and archived securely, with full documentation available to the customer on request.
