Micrometal die casts zamak on hot chamber presses, the technology used for the zinc alloys ZP3, ZP5, ZP2 and ZP8 of the EN 12844 standard. In the robotic cells the part is extracted, inspected by high-definition camera and placed on a conveyor belt in a continuous cycle. Production capacity is 75,000 kg per month; moulds are stored in 3 vertical warehouses with a total capacity of 200,000 kg.
