Hot Chamber Die Casting Presses

We have the best machines for zamak die casting, zinc alloys of different sizes suited to specific tasks. Agrati, Frech and Italpresse are our solid partners guaranteeing quality and safety for a true Made in Italy product. Our machine fleet includes 11 machines: 7 hot chamber standalone presses and 4 robotic cells, with clamping forces from 20 to 90 tonnes.

Frech DAW 80

80t – 0.1–2.5 kg

A benchmark in medium-size die casting machinery. We have 5 Frech DAW 80 units: 1 in standalone configuration and 4 integrated in robotic cells. 80 tonnes of clamping force, parts from 0.1 to 2.5 kg with exceptional precision and repeatability.

Agrati Z Line (20–30t)

5 presses – 0.01–0.5 kg

Five Agrati Z Line presses — one 20-tonne unit and four 30-tonne units — for hot chamber die casting of zinc alloys. Ideal for precision components from 0.01 to 0.5 kg with high repeatability.

Robotic Cells Frech DAW 80

4 cells – 1 Kawasaki + 3 ABB Industry

4 autonomous production cells with Frech DAW 80 press and integrated handling robot: 1 Kawasaki robot and 3 ABB Industry robots. Continuous production cycle with in-process quality control and automatic placement on conveyor belt.

Italpresse IPZ90

90t – 0.1–3.0 kg

Hot chamber die casting machine for zinc alloys, with 90 tonnes of clamping force. High production capacity for parts up to 3 kg.

Extraction Robots

Robot fleet composed of 1 Kawasaki and 3 ABB Industry, integrated in the 4 Frech DAW 80 cells. Extraction of die-cast parts from the machine, high-definition camera inspection and automatic placement on conveyor belt. Guaranteed repeatability and consistent quality on continuous production cycle.

Vertical Warehouses

3 vertical warehouses for mould storage with a total capacity of 185,000 kg. Optimal organisation for reduced setup times.
