We manufacture components in ZP3, ZP5 and ZP2 zinc alloys via the Hot Chamber Die Casting (HCDC) process, the industry standard for zamak according to EN 12844. Our machine fleet covers the full production range from 20 to 90 tons of clamping force, allowing both micro-precision parts (few grams, millimeter geometries) and medium technical components up to 1-2 kg per cycle.

Our Brescia die casting production guarantees dimensional tolerances down to ±0.05 mm on critical features, thanks to statistical process control and a dedicated quality department with CMM equipment. Coordinated finishes and surface treatments

After die casting, we coordinate directly all surface finishes and galvanic treatments for the client: nickel plating, chrome (galvanic and PVD), gold, silver, brass and copper plating, passivation, powder and liquid painting. The client receives the finished part ready for assembly.
